Frequently Asked Questions About Seminars

Q. Can I leave early from a session (morning or afternoon) if I only need a couple of the credits?
A. No.  State Regulations Require that you attend an entire session to receive credit.

Q. Do I have to take an exam at the end of the seminar?
A. No.  However, you must sign in before class, and sign out after your session(s) is complete so we can be sure you attended the whole session and give credit accordingly.

Q. What is Your Cancellation Policy?
A. Cancellations received in our office 10 days before a course are fully refunded. After that, a $25 fee PER PARTICIPANT will be charged. No cancellations are allowed 24 hours prior to class. Substitutions are allow ANY time prior to the start of a session.

Q. Is Phyllis Always the Presenter?
A. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Yes.  Phyllis presents all our seminars and special events. From time to time, however, a guest speaker with particular knowledge of the topic, may also join the seminar. This will be noted on any schedules and literature.
