Q What's the difference between Online Interactive CE and Self Study?
A Online CE courses are available online, 24 hours a day, from this web site.  They are a series of dynamic web pages that present the course materials.  The course content is similar to that offered in the Self Study Lite books, although in some cases it is different.  Some states require you take a test to receive credit for them, others do not.

Q Is the material covered in The Soft Sell Challenge the same as found on the Soft Sell tapes?
A The seminar and the tapes are different but complimentary.  In the seminar, we present more practical techniques for developing business than are included on the tapes.  The tapes include motivational and goal-setting material that is not covered in the seminar.  The tapes are an excellent reinforcement for the seminar.

Q Can I get a discount if I attend the seminar and buy the tapes?
A The six-tape, audiocassette album regularly sells for $79.95.  We give a $20 discount on the tapes if you buy them the day of the seminar or $10 off for the 30 days following the session.

Q Is The Soft Sell Challenge approved for CE credit?
A In most states, this class does not qualify for Continuing Education credit because it is 100% sales and marketing. 

Q Who should attend this session?
A We believe everyone in an agency should be using existing customer contact to promote the agency and its products.  This class is designed for anyone who has that contact.  Agents, CSRs, managers, etc.

Q Who will be presenting this program?
A The only one presenting Soft Sell material is Phyllis Van Wyhe, CPCU, CIC, CSP.   Phyllis developed the techniques as a CSR in a small suburban agency.  She went on to use them to produce a substantial book of business, both personal and commercial, from scratch.  She has been a full-time presenter for six years and is the only property and casualty speaker to earn the coveted, international Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation. Her presentations are practical, energetic, and filled with examples.

Q Do you have a guarantee?
A If you attend our seminar or purchase the tapes and can honestly say the ideas presented were not worth the price, we will gladly refund what you paid. If you buy the tapes and do not feel they are of value, you can return them for a full refund.

Q The dates you have scheduled for the seminar are not convenient.  When will you be presenting this material again?
A We usually only offer this material when an insurance company or association hires us.  This is the first time we have done the program as a public seminar.  At this time, we have no plans to repeat them. Unfortunately, our calendar is already loaded.
