1. Download the Adobe document to your desktop and read the material at your leisure
2. Find a monitor and print out the instructions, exam and affidavit
3. Complete the exam and email the answer key and affidavit including payment of $45

We will grade the exam (70% is required for passing), file the credits with the state, and email you a certificate of completion within three business days.
